Building Relationships
& Bridging The Gap
Our Vision
Our vision is to improve educational, social, and emotional outcomes of children in urban schools by preparing culturally competent, effective career teachers who accelerate student achievement by closing the academic achievement gap and provide teachers with the tools they need to support students in urban communities and creating equitable learning environments where all students can be successful.
The Mission of Community Alliance Group is to develop and support a diverse network of new educators to help restore communities and public education.
WHAT
WE
DO
1. Equipping Educators
We equip future educators to work in urban schools/communities. Our future educators will become efficient by receiving development sessions on instructional practices, disaggregating data, using informed data to drive instruction, preparing an effective lesson plan aligned with the district's curriculum.

2. Coalition Builders
By building relationships with communities in which urban schools reside, we will develop a partnership with community members and leaders by involving community stakeholders in conversations on how to best serve the students academically.
